Where We Deliver
Your order can go to either of the two zones we serve, on the same terms.
Peninsular Malaysia: every state on the peninsula is inside our delivery area.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are served as well.
Packing and Dispatch
Nothing leaves us until it has been picked, checked and boxed. Count that time separately from the courier’s.
Time at our end: allow 1–3 business days for an order to be processed, and note that weekends and public holidays do not count toward it.
Your dispatch email: as soon as the order is processed and handed over, a confirmation email arrives carrying the tracking information unique to your parcel.
Delivery Windows
We run no overnight or next-day service, so work to the standard windows in the table.
Read them as estimates: courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can all move those windows.
What Shipping Costs You
On a normal order, nothing at all.
Free shipping: the standard courier fee is waived for you as part of what we think value should mean.
The one exception: fees on particular bulk or specialised promotional orders may still be worked out at checkout from the total weight and the destination, where that applies.
Following Your Parcel
You will not have to ask us where it has got to.
What arrives: once the parcel is in our courier partner’s hands, an email or SMS reaches you with a tracking number and a direct link.
What the link shows: your package moving in real time, updated as the courier scans it.
